Eminems publisher, Eight Mile Style and copyright manager, Martin Affiliated, are sued Apple on Monday for copyright infringement.
They say that Apple does not have their permission to make Eminems hip-hop tunes available to download from iTunes. They are seeking $75,000 for the supposed copyright infringement and a further $175,000 per download.
Apple have so far declined to comment.
