The 4th generation iPod Touch was first launched in October 2010 and was then refreshed in October 2011, with new software and the addition of the white version.
There is a newer iPod Touch available – In 2012 Apple released the 5th Generation iPod Touch, however they still make and sell the 4th geneation version in two sizes, 16GB and 32GB. If you are looking for the 8GB or 64GB version you will find stocks very low as Apple are no longer making these.

The iPod touch feels great in your hand thanks to its incredibly thin, contoured enclosure made of polished stainless steel. The 3.5-inch widescreen display is perfect for watching movies and playing games. A built-in speaker allows you to listen without headphones. The 32GB flash drive will ensure you have enough room to store all your songs, photos and videos – so you’ll always have plenty of choice when picking something to watch or listen to.
Although it was upgraded in 2011 it’s not actually the 5th generation as the updates where just to the software. We hope we have helped you find the cheapest 8GB ipod touch price.
